What is the refund policy?

Cancellation by 11:59 PM on the day of payment: 100% refund
Cancellation at least 15 days prior to move-in: 90% refund
Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to move-in: 70% refund
Cancellation 1 to 7 days prior to move-in: 50% refund
No refund will be available for cancellations made on or after the move-in date.
